Staff was welcoming when I got there… got my room early and they made me a to go breakfast the next day because I had to leave so early the next day. Workout room was nice to have, but needed a little attention. The staff in the wee hours the next day was a little less than attentive but it was 4am.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfectly located in the Old Market in Omaha. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do, and there are so many places to visit. They have a pool but it was extremely cold, and nice little gym. Waffle maker breakfast with all the extras was good, but it did cost more. Would stay here again, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The Hyatt is in a very convienient location in Omaha, easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the zoo. Rooms were clean amd comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely downtown area so it can be noisy at night with nearby bars, but the front desk does provide free ear plugs if that would bother you. Parking ramp is easy to get in and out of. Breakfast is your standard hotel fare. Overall our stay here was pleasant and I would stay here again if I were to visit Omaha again.

Location of the hotel was excellent, close to may restaurants, stores, and the riverfront. It was also only a ~10 minute drive to the zoo and even closer to the Children's museum. Staff overall was very friendly and helpful. The room itself had much to be desired; the beds were not very comfortable, the bathroom door didn't lock and wasn't fully secured to the ground, there were many areas where part of the wall and/or paint was poorly patched, the faucet was so close to the counter that you couldn't use the faucet without getting the counter wet, and there was virtually no sound-proofing to the walls making it quite loud at night requiring the use of a sound machine which thankfully we brought. The pool was nice. It was great to have free breakfast but it was disappointing; there were only waffles one day, fruit tasted questionable some of the days, and staff had trouble keeping food and drinks stocked throughout the breakfast hours.

Nice hotel in a great location within walking distance of the shops, restaurants & bars. Love the cobblestone roads & sidewalks! The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful & had great senses of humor! Our room was clean & comfortable (our window view wasn't impressive - parking area, dumpsters & homeless people). Disappointed there's no hottub. But overall a nice hotel!
