So dirty. Literally bugs were crawling all over. Absolutely disgusting. Asked for a different room and it was as bad. We left. This place should not be in business!

So far, great! Received a courtesy call shortly after checking to verify we were satisfied with the room and we were! Clean, quiet, nice & clean pool area. Room is large and comfortable.

Our room had trash underneath the bedside table from the previous people. The “gym” wasn’t much, but since we were here for a softball tournament we made due and went outside!

We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was clean and the breakfast had a good variety. You could choose from cereal, oatmeal, waffles (the strawberry batter was great), sausage and eggs, yogurt, muffins/bagels/toast, and apples. It was nice and quiet, too.

Very good stay. Just stayed one night with the kids . It was okay. But the couch/sofa when you pull it, in one of our rooms was dirty. Like urine/coffee stained it. They could improve on the breakfast options. Not so many options. Overall good stay and staff.

Receptionist was very nice friendly not only that I stayed in other hotels and would take my kids to the pool and water was cold to swim here this time around it was nice and warm to do some swimming awesome kids enjoyed it breakfast was fresh and warm conditions of the room are clean

The room was fantastic and spacious. We were very impressed. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We got there late and she gave us an extra 10mins in the pool for our kids to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at this property was so nice and considerate! The front desk efficiency and friendliness seemed to be reflected in the rest of the staff and even the guests! Clean, CLEAN! And I'm super picky as my family has a commercial cleaning business!

The location is great because it's not far from shopping centers and restaurants while still being in an uncongested area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were great, were available for a longer period than most hotels, and had a lot of variety to choose from!

I meant to book 3 days and apparently it was 2, the manager called while we were out working and said if we didnt pay for another night in 10 minutes they were removing our items. Wasn't trying to get a free night, it was an honest mistake but made it feel like it was the end of the world. Wasn't impressed...

Overall, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I really liked the extra space. Everything seemed to work as expected (AC, fridge). The room definitely needed some fixes...wall paint was very dirty, stains all over the sofa cushions, very scuffed/worn wood furniture, and a 3 foot crack in the facade of the shower wall. The shower tub floor was VERY slippery, and I injured my right calf and heel from slipping just trying to step out of the tub. Also, the water temperature fluctuated dramatically...we were constantly having to adjust the temperature throughout our shower for comfort, but most of the time it was either cold or scalding. The walls/ceiling are not well-insulated, and we could easily hear other guests walking and talking in the room above and beside us. Like some other guests, I too was perplexed by housekeeping not making the beds but apparently that's a thing now? Overall, it was an adequate experience but we will stay elsewhere next time.

Front desk staff was very helpful when it came time to printout boarding passes. They need to help with this simply because the printer in the "business center" didn't work.
