"The room had plenty of closet space. What I like the most is that there was a full washer and dryer. There 2 convenient stores, restaurants etc. Breakfast was very nice with an assortment of dishes"

"I stayed in both the hotel and the suites. The good - good breakfast selection, the hotel was very clean and well maintained though a bit dated in parts and very quiet in common areas with the main floor bar unfortunately closed. It is quite a great building but out from main shopping areas. Staff very helpful. The apartment suites very, very dated and dirty surrounds eg weeds growing on balcony, bathroom and decor dated, pillows need replacing and supplies limited - no dishwashing liquid or tea towel provided. Bath towels in the apartment were the size of large tea towels- seriously!! On the plus early check in and washer dryer excellent - we shifted to the suites for one night to spread out and do our laundry before continuing our travel. Glad it wasn’t more than a night. TVs in both facilities were not smart TVs making it difficult for foreign speaking channel selections. Convenient for airport if coming by car."

"Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — the subway/train station entrance is only about a 1-minute walk away, which made travelling very convenient. There are also many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, most of them less than a minute away on foot. The hotel staff at reception were able to speak English, so communication was easy, and most of them were friendly and helpful. Customer service overall was good, although two female receptionists were less friendly. There is also a coin laundry on Level 2, which was very convenient for washing clothes during the trip. However, there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, and many guests use them, so you need to plan your laundry time properly. Overall, the hotel location and convenience were definitely the highlights of the stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Some things to be aware of: 1) The shower and toilet are in the same space, meaning when you shower, you Will get the toilet wet. 2) The breakfast is coffee, bread, garlic bread, and some breakfast cookies. That is it. 3) We had issues getting 2 large towels consistently for our room. For people who are 6 ft / 2 meters tall, the small ones they gave were useless."
