"Absolutely loved our time at Basecamp. The location is perfect, at the edge of the Masai Mara, we heard the lions at night, while sleeping. The staff all of them, were so friendly and helpful from the front staff to the night guards. Camp on a river, so you see the animals come for water, open view to see them roaming across the river! "I had an amazing stay—check-in was incredibly fast, and the reception was so warm and welcoming. They even offered me a free early check-in and upgraded me to a riverfront tent. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my room was cleaned twice daily. Shila at reception was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. I also want to thank my guide, Hiram, who went above and beyond to find all the animals I wanted to see during the game drives. I truly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-organized safari stay with a friendly and respectful team."
