"Every time I come to Nicaragua I stay at Patio El Malinche in Granada because it’s convenient located near to everything within walkable distance. It’s super clean. The staff is so nice. It’s quite and beautifully."

"It was within walking distance to downtown and safe, clean. Breakfast was good, stafff were nice. You have to pay for parking and the parking was extremely small making it difficult to fit my car. This hotel is not flexible at all. Charge extra for checking in 2 hrs before check in even though the hotel was empty. There are better alternatives in town"

"The place is very nice - very clean room, bed is nice. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The airconditioning was very comfortable, slept so soundly. Breakfast is included and very good. The swimming pool is excellent - very clear water, spent morning an hour and a half before checking out. Michael the owner took time talking to guests and very friendly, you feel at home. Overall our stay was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Granada - very relaxing. And you have secured parking in the compound."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in front of Granada’s beautiful Central Park, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel has beautiful decor and a charming atmosphere, and the entire crew was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast buffet. The selection and presentation could be a little more inviting. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and never been disappointed. This time it was with a group of people and seven rooms. The staff are exceptional, breakfast excellent and the rooms, although very basic, are clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very good old culture charm and feel. When you add that the hotel's profits helps children's education it is a real win to stay here!"

"Hotel Casa Sam Francisco was an incredible stay in an incredible town. The thing that really stood out was the staff with how friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable they are about Granada and how to get around. The owner Terry took time during breakfast to speak with me and check in on me, which really made the hotel feel very welcoming and warm. Also, it is a very interesting historical building and within walking distance from many attractions in Granada. Would 100% recommend!"
