Old Town Historic District Trip

The room I stayed in needed a lot of fixing up. The dishwasher didn’t work, the heat couldn’t be adjusted (it was like a sauna in there) and I was looking forward to a nice hot shower and it was luke warm at best. The staff was amazing!!! I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities. No restaurant on site but so many good restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the inn. I will definitely be coming back in the summer for the live music.

The room itself was very clean when arriving. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The side of the room was good with a decent view of Toronto.

Very lovely hotel and perfect location. They don't have a pool but they have a very spacious hot tub which was very nice. Elevators are a little slow otherwise everything was great and the staff was very nice

The hotel stay was OK, a few things that stood out. The room was clean and lovely but quite small, very minimal space. The television had very spotty connection and continued to cut out whether it was being logged into Prime TV or just watching the regular television channels. As for the restaurant in the lobby, (I was traveling with my daughter) although we were able to pass time by playing a couple of games that were available from the bar we had to wait an hour for our breakfast and we were the only customers. There was a challenge in finding ingredients, but we were not made aware and I was quite disappointed as to how long it took and the lack of communication to us with regards to the delays. I requested our beverages to be comped but expected more to be honest for an hour delay for breakfast. A cute spot, but would not recommend.

The room was perfect for my one person, one night stay in the heart of downtown Toronto. The service team were top notch and the amenities and overall vibe of the hotel were terrific. Would recommend 💯
