"It was not clear when booking the hotel was under construction and the rooms were not complete"

"Room was clean, beds were comfortable and loved the heated bathroom floor. Furniture in the pool area was clean and comfortable and sufficient. Pool was really nice although temperature on the cool side with it being open to the outdoors and Hot tub was great, but didn’t realize the hot tub was located entirely outside which diminished my enjoyment, Enjoyed my stay and would return in warmer weather months if using the pool and hot tub were a priority."

"The hotel staff was great. Although, they had a lightning strike that took out their card machine that caused a lack of room keys, staff navigated it well. Breakfast was good and as to be expected. Parking was great and safe. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly prior to our arrival and a tear in the curtains “fixed” by tying a knot in it, could have been handled better. "

"Having a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils is great. Bonus if free breakfast. Biggest complaint was staffing and resources when magnetic key system failed for the whole weekend. Why would operations manager not staff up front desk as a contingency. We had to wait for 15 mins for staff to return from escorting guests to be let in with master key. During busy weekend with the hotel at capacity. It is absurd that the manager didn’t think how this would impact customers. Duh. Bad faux pas on mgmt. They should have compensated something to the guests as a consolation. It really negatively impacted my experience staying at this hotel."

"I booked my Rm through Expedia, not realizing that if i would of booked directly with the hotel my parking space would have been complimentary. It was a quaint Rm, cozy, however, i wish there would of been a microwave in the Rm"

"Room was clean. Parking and check in smooth. No spare toilet paper - had to use the tissues in the bathroom Water was luke warm but consistant and not cold "

"Location was lovely, the staff was helpful. Our room 204 was at the high traffic area of the hotel, and was right next to the restaurant exhaust fans which were loud from 7am-midnight. This was the only issue we had with the hotel but would recommend asking for a room on the 3rd floor."

"While there was no staff, we did meet Bruce the owner who was wonderful. His knowledge of the area, the people and the history was exceptional. He helped us with parking which in Stratford is strategic. My only suggestion regarding our room would be a couple of folding tv trays, that could be stored under the bed, to hold toiletries etc. The location in centre of town couldn’t be better. I would definitely recommend this place."
