Room and bathroom clean and staff very nice, we woke up to no water though which made things awkward, no shower, no water to flush toilet etc

Knysna River Club by First Private Stays
A 4 star hotel should have a restaurant or be very well maintained. This facility had neither. There is no restaurant close by and the facilities are sub standard. The river is very polluted. Towels were dirty and the unit felt unsecure as it was directly on a thorough-fare.
