"Staff was very helpful and friendly Lobby was good As soon as the elevator opened on second floor an awful smell hit you. The room the smell continued, carpet was very stained, stuff on the walls, in bathroom there was dark smear on wall near toilet, you could see smoke stains on walls in closet, the curtains were only half curtains so you could not close them. The longer I stood there in disbelief from other reviews online and how bad it was I got so stuffy it was hard to breath. My opinion this room was filthy. I could not spend the night here, so I checked out."

"There was not sufficient lighting in bathroom. There were stains on pictures, walls, couch, chair and bedding. There was a space between wall and AC unit where you could see outside and clearly hear conversations at the pool. We were on second floor. The insides of the hair dryer fell apart, pieces were shot out the end by the fan and it started smoking when I turned it on. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the AC cooled the room very quickly. Staff was extremely helpful in getting treadmill to work in fitness center but the equipment was very run down and not clean."

"We stayed for one night and while the staff at have zero complaints about the front desk staff. They were amazing and hospitable! The room looked good at first but then we noticed the chunks of the popcorn ceiling coming off over the beds. The beds were lumpy and somehow overly hard and the pillows were completely flat. We've stayed at Fairfields before and never had this issue so I'm assuming we just got an older room? The fire alarm went off around 3am (system glitch of some type) and there was a large group of teens there slamming doors and yelling in the halls until the wee hours of the morning."

"When booking was giving the first room , there was roaches everywhere and tub was dirty. Complained about it couldn't get a refund so was giving another room which was a smoking room that was only available the smell was horrible the walls were filthy even the sheets had stains over em like blood stains even on the mattress. Didn't sleep under the blankets brought my own blankets 0/10 do not recommend"
