"Staff was extremely customer service oriented. Everyone made it easy for we mono-lingual Americans in that they all spoke good English. Close to airport. Room clean and nice fruit basket provided. We asked for an early boxed breakfast and as we had early morning flight and it was delicious. Only down side was a rip-off airport shuttle service that was 10 times what it cost on the street"

Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."

The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets. "

Strongbox, mini fridge, hair dryer. Strong shower pressure and hot water! Extra toiletries, robes and slippers available. Gorgeous dinning hall. Good selection of well made food items from 2 menus. Laundry, day driver and airport transport services all available. Separate barber available on property. Pizza Hut, gift shops and ATMs are a short 7min walk away. Love this hotel! My favorite one in Dhaka!"
