We had an amazing time here.
Staff was unbelievably accommodating and helpful.
The onsens were great. These are multiple pools onsen, one of each ( men, women) is outdoors. And as you get out there's a wide range of pampering products to try.
The breakfast was beautiful and you can choose between Japanese cuisine and European.
And there is a shuttle service to the train station.

Conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station and walking distance from the town centres, castle and Samurai district. The bus station is next to the train station so convenient for using the buses, most notably for Yushien garden. Staff are very friendly and speak very good English.

This very comfortable but reasonably priced hotel is clearly designed for business travellers and clientele almost entirely Japanese so less English translations in room of breakfast items etc. It's location just across the road (by underground passage) 2 minutes from rail station make it convenient for tourists visiting Matsue (very worthwhile to do!) too.
