Awesome location, has nice pool & Hot tub! Loved the restaurant & Bar ! Good view awesome service. Will be my go to for every Boji trip
I wanted to give 3 stats but giving 4 because of the very nice n courteous staff. The room we slept in thw first night with sliding door was leaking air from outside. So we were very cold the while night. Even the heater wasn't good enough. We were moved to a diff room the next day promptly upon asking. It was season so hotel was mostly empty. But has lots of features in the hotel.
Clean hotel, rooms were very cold. Stayed because my grandson had a hockey tournament in town for the weekend. Most of the people that stayed there also complained of cold rooms.

The pool top coat was crumbling under our feet. Pool slide was filthy. Beds were super hard. Breakfast had a nice variety but typical of anywhere you went. Entrance door did NOT lock on our end. Pretty scary these days. Filth was horrible as you walked down the hall to the room, between the carpets, utilities and outside of doors. Definitely no fine tuning. BUT knowing this day and age, help is hard to find……..

Over priced for the accommodation. I stayed in a 2 queen room, one bed mattress was completely sunken in & un-sleepable. Breakfast & ice machines are as far as can be, not easy accessed. Would not recommend this place

Property location was convenient for entertainment activities. Front desk service (TJ) was excellent. The 1st room had a musty/moldy odor and was quickly replaced by the excellent service at the front desk. After that everything was perfect. Good food, good service and good location.

Poor customer service, indoor pool was dirty and needed some upkeep. Breakfast provided was disappointing and always out of food and it was not restocked. Our bedding was stained. We will not be staying here again.

I sent a chat today with an Expedia chat help center. We had to change our room to sewer smell. No maid service was offered and even removed our own trash. We had to wait for breakfast more than an hour 3 days in a row and ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere $40 extra charge. When I got the bill for our stay is was only 850$ and Expedia charged me much much more. It was a big inconvenience to have to tell staff things needed to be refilled for continental breakfast and when I said something about sewer smell and seen the plumber the front seat denied any repairs but the smell gave me headaches so we changed our room. Expedia rep said she had to stand by the hotel but I thought Expedia stood by their customer. Such poor service from Expedia

As was stated in your welcome letter, we do not provide "stayover" service, however, we are happy to replace any items upon request such as towels, trash bags, etc. We sincerely apologize for your inconvienience. As for cost, we do have any control over what outside booking agencies charge their customers. Please feel free to call us in the future for direct pricing.
The room was really clean and nice. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy...and sort of kept waking us up. Also...I made the mistake of booking online and booked for 2 nights...and when I needed to cancel one of those nights several days in advance...I was told I couldn't. Unfortunately...I spent ALOT of money for a one nights stay.

property was clean and well maintained, Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff both on the reservation desk and in the lounge, rather indifferent. The rooms are not restocked every day with towels, etc, and when we went to the front desk to exchange them, we we told: "get them off the cart in the hall " Lounge bartender very indifferent to the point of rudeness. ( did not eat in the dining room). Nice breakfast.

This hotel is terrible. First I was assured that a late check in was ok and they would be right there waiting for me. No one was there during check in but a sign w a number to call. Ok fair enough. Except no one answered. It's 3am and I called probably 20 times w no answer. I have a sleeping toddler in the car w my husband and really needed to check in. No one ever answered and I had to go around the lobby and start knocking on various doors to try to find someone. Eventually I did. They checked me in and apparently their phones are not working so that's fun. They also offer no house keeping services during your stay even on request. Even if you are there for a week. You have to bag up your own garbage and take it out and go to the front desk for towels. They said you can call the front desk if you want to come get towels but I tried from the phone in my room and guess what the phone does not work so you can't even call the front desk. Stay away from this terrible hotel at all costs. Unless you want to pay 200 a night for nothing. Come to find out at checkout that they do offer room service on request but I was given the wrong information. So I spent the whole week begging for toilet paper and overflowing garage in my room for no reason. Oh and outside of the 1300 hall in the parking lot smells like sewage or cat litter. Gross. Last breakfast there there was nothing stocked up everyone in there was looking in cabinets for forks, plates, etc. juice machine was broken,no water
