"This hotel was in the process of changing ownership. The new owners were there and very nice. The room was great very clean spacious good beds and great bathroom. There was no Internet above the ground level. (I think due to the change over) The old hotel sign was on the outside of the building, and the sign for the new hotel was not yet installed, so the hotel was very hard to find. I actually walked into the lobby to see if they could tell me where the Surface hotel was located when I discovered that I was actually in the surface hotel. But I have to say the staff in the manager of the hotel, where trying hard to accommodate people. "

"More than likely, I will not be booking another stay at Wyndham Grand in OKC, or any other Wyndham for that matter. My room was dirty upon arrival, toilet paper was shoved into the peep hole, there was used toilet paper in the ice bucket, my toilet did not flush, and the shower did not drain. The room had peeling wallpaper and overall smelled musty. I stayed 2 nights and the stay was over $400, for that price anyone would expect to have at minimum a clean room and working bathroom fixtures. No chance I'd recommend this hotel to anyone."
