"客室冷蔵庫が少し小さいくて、お土産を冷蔵するのに困った‼️ フロントで預かって欲しかったけど一度敬遠されたので、頼みづらくなってやめた。 もう少し冷蔵庫の大きさ を把握してくれれば気持ちよく頼れたのにと思う。 このホテルを使う時は、冷蔵庫は飲み物程度だけだと知っておこう。 他のホテルでは、ほとんど断られたことがなかった。 まして、一度入れてみてダメだったらとも言われたことが無かった。 ホテルサービスとは、壁に書いてあるサービスも大切だけど、はやり対面の思いやりが1番大切かと思います。日本人が日本のホテルを利用してるのだから、言葉の壁もなく伝わると思います。"
