We had a great welcome from the super friendly hosts. Everything was perfect. We would certainly use this B&B again, if visiting West Kelowna.

This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. As seen in other reviews, the maintenance team and cleaning team are super friendly, but the welcome at reception is definitely less than 5 star. From my experience, these difference between teams are usually linked to the (hiring) managers. I'd...

Great few days in Summerland exploring Okanagan Lake and relaxing in the amazing surroundings. We had a great time slowing down a little from our adventure road trip between Vancouver and Calgary.

We had a lovely couple of nights at the Cove. The 2 bed apartment was a great size and very nicely furnished with a brilliant kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We ate dinner at the Landing and enjoyed it. We also rented a boat from the rental company and a very enjoyable 2 hours on the lake, then spent the rest of our time around the pool. We stayed in a condo, which had great kitchen facilities, a washer/ drier and a balcony with a view of the pool and lake. The pool and got tub were brilliant too. We enjoyed wine tasting and the desert centre. We wished we could stay longer than 1 night.

A lovely hotel right on the lake, made even better with a free room suite upgrade overlooking the lake. If I were to ever return to Kelowna, this is where I'd stay.

Good hotel. Had a lovely room with jacuzzi bath and balcony overlooking the lake . The pool area was great, enjoyed the outdoor hot tub at night. Didn’t eat in the hotel but got a drink in the bar. Close to the town centre so went out for meals.

Very nice hotel, excellent view, very nice rolm. Lift was broken and there was only one lift so had to carry all the heavy luggage down outside steps as there were no steps to the lobby.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the swimming pool. Very close to beach

Room clean and well appointed. Nothing special but everything you need. Didn’t use the pool as looked a bit small. Impressed with the breakfast choice, as was just expecting a pot of coffee and a couple of muffins, but had cereal, toast a waffle maker etc.
