We had the standard room which is TINY and they did try to upsell us on arrival but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Good shower, nice toiletries, comfortable bed. Good to have laundry facilities although not cheap. The immediate area around is quite quiet so the bar, shop, etc were useful although the bar was very expensive and didn’t have great options. A great shop in reception.

The room was pretty clean and cozy. Heater + AC were both available as you need the heater when you walk out in the cold weather. IT is pretty cold in May for someone used to Indian summer. I stayed 2 days here and had a great time. Breakfast was good, lot of egg based items in menu for someone who doesn't eat bacon or pork. Front desk is not extremely english fluent, but if you ask for someone, they do have other helpers who can step in and are decent in making a conversation and helping you....

Comfortable stay, try to check out on time otherwise hotel charges extra even for short over time

Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly

We stayed only one night in the hotel. We wanted to climb the volcano so we decided to sleep close to it since we cannot drive and we had our suitcases with us. The hotel is very close to the volcano so that's great and is next to a GS25 (the local 7-Eleven). I guess it is very good compared to some other hotels which did not look in a good condition. It did the job (the bathroom is clean but there is no seperation between shower/toilet/sink). The room is spacious, we had a balcony as well and...

Beautiful room with great facilities including a washing machine and cloths dryer. Rooftop infinity pool was wonderful. Staff really friendly and relaxed. Traditional Korean breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

Owner was so nice to us even we checked in a bit late. The breakfast was fantastic and creative disc serve to your room. Surroundings you can walk to the coast and enjoy beautiful sunrise. Parking is easy and closer to all rooms and you just carry your luggages to your room in few steps. Even Room is not new but believe me it’s really clean and large. Water pressure also great.

It wasn't my first visit. It was good last time, but I'm satisfied again this time. I think it's the best for a family trip.
