"Great location. Nice pool. Rooms are very roomy and except for the couches, everything is comfortable. Kitchenette is well-stocked with supplies. Nice 10-minute walk to the ocean or you can take the shuttle during high season."

"Not that close to Leavitt theater as Expedia indicated. . Certainly not walking distance. Comfortable room and great shower. But we felt $200 was too much for off season. Breakfast not included but reasonably priced and good. Would probably look for less money further out of town given that we ultimately had to get in our car to get to the theater."

"The property was within walking distance to the beach, Marginal Way, restaurants and shops. It was clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating."

"We just stopped for the night. The room was very nice and the town was very cool as well. We didn’t use the pool or much of the amenities, so honestly can’t comment on that."

"We were in room one next to the desk you hear every phone call and conversation opening and closing of the drawers in the office so not recommended. Light blankets and comforters for cold weather are not provided we had to ask for several light cotton blankets. No robes to wear to enjoy the hot tub. The hotel is ok I wouldn’t stay there again. I felt it missed the mark in so many ways. The shower in our room had a drop ceiling and it was so low my son was unable to shower in it. No where to get hot water in the evening the told me to us the coffee pot which smelled like..:coffee. It was clean.so many other nice hotels in the area. "

"Clean Room/ had plenty of space/ iron/ microwave / fridge/ perfect for a couple of nights. We stayed off season , but has a nice view of the water."
