Good Casino, good hotel, not good if you bring a pet ! A rude lady at check in would not accomodate us with a room on first floor,said they were full which was a lie unless a bunch of people walked there and did not go in the casino or restaurant. We requested it on Expedia and called them, didnt appear to be a problem till we got there. So we were stuck on 3rd floor and had long way to let dog do his business!

Parking was good, staff were helpful and at first the A/C heater was squeaking and I called the receptionist; he changed my room. The rooms were clean and in a good place in the Rapid City. The breakfast is virtually not included 😂. Don’t count on it.

The room was spacious. The breakfast provided was very good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was nice and clean. My only complaint was the plumbing. Our toilet kept filling up and the shower head was not so good.
