"The pool was very nice and staff was friendly ! The free breakfast was a good option . The room had no storage for clothes and they only changed the towels and bed linens every 2 days ! The window and doors were not properly sealed allowing mosquitoes to enter constantly! The satellite tv and WiFi was also spotty at times . It was family friendly but lacked many details to make this a superior quality stay ! I grade this a 6 out of 10 ! "

"The stuff are very slowly. So no concierge “help”. The place are full of mosquitos. They don’t allow you to eat at your room or even bring a bottle of beer... claiming appearance of ants In the room... the room service horrible only change the towels but didn’t even clean the floors. Too expensive.. never...

A estrutura é incrível.

"Excelente!"

"The hotel is good, staff friendly. "

"The property has great location, wonderful views. The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. The playground was closed and it was upsetting being one of the reasons why we choose it there, but the pool was great! I think it’s a great...
