"The pool was very nice and staff was friendly ! The free breakfast was a good option . The room had no storage for clothes and they only changed the towels and bed linens every 2 days ! The window and doors were not properly sealed allowing mosquitoes to enter constantly! The satellite tv and WiFi was also spotty at times . It was family friendly but lacked many details to make this a superior quality stay ! I grade this a 6 out of 10 ! "

"O ar condicionado não era suficiente para o tamanho do quarto, não refrigerando-o. As toalhas tinham um aspecto de pano de chão, com cheiro desagradável, encardidas e uma inclusive estava rasgada. Reclamei com a recepção, pedindo novas toalhas, porém, que me entregassem em mãos na recepção, onde eu aguardava. Pedi que não levassem no quarto pois meu marido estava dormindo. O que não fui atendida, pois enquanto aguardava as toalhas na recepção, a camareira levou direto para o quarto, tocando a...
