Property is excellent as far as cleanliness and spacious. Elevators are a pain. There are 3 but they are very small and only fit3-4 ppl. Takes a long time to come. There is a no smoking policy, fine is $500 if caught smoking on property. Thats fine, but when someone doesn't follow the rules the smoke ...
