We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! So much that we are already planning to go back for my husbands birthday next year. The staff were all great, from helpful and attentive reception and breakfast staff to the friendly cleaners who all always seemed happy and cheerful. The room was huge and very clean with a great shower and lovely balcony area to sit and relax. There was so much to do in the local area that we wished we were staying much longer than the 3 days we had before...

Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys

Perfect hotel for a short ski break over the weekend, great location right next to one of th main gondolas and lots of taxis or a free bus to get to central Solden. All the staff were amazing, especially Krasamir who served us for breakfast and dinner every day. Always with a smile he couldn't be more helpful and was great providing gluten free options for my wife. Food was excellent, rooms and facilities top notch, our party couldn't have been happier, thank you!

Very nice hotel, I'd recommend it

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. We didn't like that it was mandatory to be nude in all 2nd floor facilities and were asked several times to remove our bathing suits. In the evening the...

My first impression of this hotel was amazing, I was welcomed very warmly and was just blown away by my room. The room was immaculate with a balcony that had a breath-taking view of the town and mountains. My room was cleaned to a very high standard and was done every day without fail.
