"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being colder days, it was unbearably hot and stuffy. No AC. Showers had 2 spiders. Moths as well. I think they try to make it American style, while having 0 idea what America is. They focus on the decor, and lack in basic sanitation. The restaraunt food is very bad. I've stayed in motels in Turkish nature, and they weren't this foul or hot. Once again, management, the woman with short hair is a nightmare. Either she is racist or anti LGBT. But I never felt ok. The rest of Germany i felt safe. They also close the gates at night?? I felt very nervous. I opened the gate and went out for the night. Why close us in? Save your money, these people (besides the bartender male) are so bad. "
