"The stay was very good. We had a private bath in our room and it was very nice. The private onsen left a bit to be desired. We were unable to utilize the public onsen due to tattoos. The location near the ropeway and ship were amazing. The buffet was above average. Would stay again."

The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family. "Very lovely resort property at the top of a mountain road. Immaculately clean, well appointed rooms. We arrived in late afternoon but could not eat dinner in the main dining room as they have set meal times and we would have had to have waited 2 hours for a table. We, unfortunately, had to eat in a cafe-type facility which had a very limited menu and the food was just ok. The hot springs were nice and property well maintained."
