"The Cansanova restaurant was supposed to be premier, but it was not. Food was not great. It was terrible, it was comparable to an average restaurant. The food on the resort was not very seasoned as expected to be in Jamaica. Very bland. Not enough to do on the resort and the beach front had very little beach and sand area, less than a mile long if that. And the sand was brown, not white. Overall, I'd give the resort a 3-1/2 stars."

"I was quite happy with my stay at Sand and Tan. The staff was warm and accommodating. The food was delicious and the Jamaican vibe was real. The entrance to the hotel could use some updates, however the facilities was clean and comfortable."

"All of the staff were outstanding, the restaurant food was amazing however the service was very slow. The only other thing is as an older adult who doesn’t use social media and apps the information was available but you had to work a little for it."
