I had requested a quiet room. Upon arriving as early as 2:30 pm before other travelers had checked in I reminded the hotel desk staff of my request, asking to be away from an elevator, etc. They obliged but at about 5:00 pm I had kids running, jumping, wrestling above my room. I called and asked if I could be moved to another room. Their reply was that noise is to be expected up until 10:00 pm and that nothing could be done about it. After calling twice I called Expedia. They were on the phone with the staff for about 20 minutes. Finally, at around 8:00 pm, things quieted down. To add to this, the towel rack was missing in the bathroom, one soap was provided and in order to eat the complimentary 2 egg breakfast I would need to drive several miles to the casino which owns the hotel. There was obviously a previous breakfast area with tables, chairs and counters for food but the staff said that it was no longer used. The floors are paper thin and so kids above will be an issue, especially if staff does nothing to accommodate. There is no view of the ocean, whatsoever and so even the location is not worth mentioning.I would never stay at this hotel again.
