"Due to a family emergency we had to push our trip back a week and they were very understanding and accommodating. The lighthouse was cool and we had a lovely view from our room, extremely nice staff--kind and very helpful. Fagers Island restaurant was wonderful also. "

"Room was dated ,Surrounding pool area was a mess TV was miss hung on the fireplace in a very odd position(should not have been there) There was a problem with the hot water to the in room Hot Tub. It only trickled at best it took one hour to fill up to 6 inches Big shower but no shower hooks anywhere for a towel or robe, Bathroom vanity was exceptionally small not really suitable for a woman and her stuff Sorry expected more!"

"I like the place but the pets are just a lot a dog wet the elevator floor and poop on the pavement in the front of the hotel. But the overall experience was ok and it was my second time I stay."

"Check in was good, however we request room closer to the ocean view away from the street. When we arrived, we were giving a room closer to the street and elevator. We went back and requested another room in the area we asked for and they only could give us a room four doors down. Disappointed because we have stayed at this hotel several times and request the same and only to receive the same closer to the street. Our sliding door didn't lock and the front door hard to open. We have had this room...
