2連泊の初日に掛布団の衿元に大きな目立つシミ汚れがあるのに気づき、翌朝、フロントに交換をお願いして出かけたのですが交換されずにベッドメーキングされていました。施設が古いのは仕方ないですが、清潔感は保ってほしい。清掃そのものや、スタッフの方の接遇はみなさん良かっただけに、残念でした。

今回は、池田町のドリのイベントに参加するため近くのホテルが帯広でした街中のホテルで食事も近くにお店があり良かったです。駐車場は、少し遠かったです。

駐車場までの距離があり駐車場が分かりづらい。新しく入った人だったのか？対応時に確認しますと、その都度事務所に行って確認しての対応でチェックイン時時間がかかった。部屋は普通でした。

フロントの方は親切で感じよい。スタッフには全く文句なし。ただ古びたホテル。昭和のホテルかな？　この日の帯広は気温３３℃　冷房が弱くて室温が下がらず寝苦しかったです。窓はあるけど網戸がないのも残念。窓の高さは低いので小さい子どもを連れている人は開けてはいけないと思います。　冬ならたぶん快適に過ごせたと思います。

喫煙ツインルームには要注意

自分自身煙草を吸わないのですが、喫煙ツインの部屋しか空いてなかったのでそこに宿泊。ところがその部屋がすごかったのです。以前の宿泊客がつけたであろう泥の跡。しかも部屋に入ってからスリッパに履き替えなかったと推察される、ベッドサイドにまで泥の跡。エレベーターを６Fで降りると、廊下に泥の跡が続いていたのでイヤな予感はしたのですが・・・いくら掃除をしているとはいえ、泊まりたくないですね。
