Leider Altbau ohne viel Komfort

Die Apartmens sind wohl alte Blockwohnungen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr altbacken. Die Schränke in den Zimmern rochen teilweise sehr stark. Alles erfüllt jedoch seinen Zweck. Man will ja schließlich den Urlaub nicht im Zimmer verbringen. Die Außenanlage mit spielpatz & co sehr schön. Falls das wetter mal nicht so schön ist gibt es einen raum wo die kinder spielen, klettern und malen können. Der Spabereich ist auch sehr schön. ich habe mir drei anwendungen gegönnt und war danach bis auf das kaugummi kauen der masseurin sehr zufrieden und entspannt. der bereich zum schwimmen für die ganz kleinen hat mich etwas entäuscht. kleines becken. Im hauseigenen Restaurant haben wir nicht gegessen. man kann sich es kostenlos auf zimmer bestell. Pizza magherita 9euro, aber lecker.es gibt einen wochenplan wo man sich für verschiedene aktivitäten eintragen kann,alles natürlich mit extra kosten verbunden. aber die gegend an sich ist auch schön. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. aber so vom hocker gehauen hat es mich nicht. ich glaube nicht das wir noch mal dort hin fahren.

Toller Urlaub mit einigen abers...

Insgesamt ein tolles Resort. Es wird jeden Tag Programm für die kids oder die gesamte family angeboten Zur Wohnung: Toll eingerichtet und sauber-bis auf die Balkonmöbel. Einiges fehlte:Auf jeden Fall in jedem Zimmer mind ein Fliegengitter. Bei schönen Wetter war es unmöglich Fenster oder Türen aufzulassen, ohne nicht einen halben Zoo in der Whg zu haben. Auch ein Wäscheständer fehlte, keine Topflappen und Kissen auf dem Sofa oder Sessel. Bedenklich finde ich auch, dass die Wohnungen keine Rauchmelder haben!!! Die Betten,oooh. Meine Seite war durchgelegen, so dass ich mit meiner Tochter tauschte. Aber auch diese Matratze führte zu ständigen Verspannen. Dies sagten übrigens auch andere Gäste. Leider auch kein Internet. Angebot zum ausleihen einer Mikrowelle wäre noch wünschenswert.Für die Kinder gibt es jede Menge dort. Aber es fehlt mir die Möglichkeit, wo Kinder mit Wasser für umsonst spielen bzw planschen gehen können. Der Eintritt ins Spa ist sehr teuer.Ich hätte jedes Mal ca 14.50 Euro für 3 Std bezahlen müssen, damit meine Tochter baden kann. Und ab einem bestimmten Alter der Kinder müssen die auch was zahlen.Ein günstiger oder kostenloser Kinderpool wäre super, vielleicht einfach nur einen Rasensprenger draußen oder die Möglichkeit auf dem Spielplatz zu matschen.Im Spa finde ich auch traurig, dass dort 2 Papageien gehalten werden. Sie haben ja gar keine frische Luft oder Tages- und Sonnenlicht, einen nackten Fußboden und nicht wirklich Platz zum fliegen etc.

Nice Family Resort

Our little Apartment was comfortable and super clean. Every morning we got bread rolls on door delivery - what great service. Staff always helpful. The spa a great treat, Ladies I recommend to have one of their treatments. Lots of offers for Kids too.

Familienhotel auch für den kleinen Geldbeutel

tel aus blickt man auf Oberwiesenthal. Die Appartements sind eigentlich kleoine Wohnungen. Wer mag kann sich seine Speisen selbst zubereiten.Es gibt aber auch eine Lieerung ( Brötchen,Pizza etc) direkt in das Zimmer. Das italienische Restaurant ist top. Reichhaltiges Angebot am Buffet aber auch das a a Carte ist ok. Obwohl viele Kinder i m Hotel waren, angenehm ruhig. Für Familien ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen.

Umgebaute Plattenbauhäuser

Leider war im Angebot nicht ersichtlich, dass die Unterkunft nicht mit der Rezeption, Spa, Restaurant zusammenliegt. Man muss sich also jedes mal an- und umziehen, wenn man nach dem Baden aufs Zimmer möchte. Im Sommer vielleicht noch ok, im Winter war das nicht schön.... Die Zimmer sind umgebaute Plattenbauwohnungen, was ok ist, wenn man weiß, worauf man sich einlässt. Auf der Homepage wird das nicht so dargestellt und wir waren doch einigermaßen überrascht, als wir vor Ort waren. Man muss leider für alles und jedes extra bezahlen. Also das Spa ist einmal frei, dann kostet es pro Erwachsenem 22,- Euro pro Tag....das find ich doch recht merkwürdig. die Nutzung des Fitnessraums ist ebenfalls kostenpflichtig (und darum wahrscheinlich auch unbenutzt.... ;-) ) Positiv zu sagen war, dass auf dem Zimmer alles da war für ein kleines Kind, von Töpfchen, Wanne, Wickelauflage, Wasserkocher, Reisebett. Das Spa ist sehr schön und auch der Kinderbereich toll gemacht mit warmem, flachem Becken und einer extra Kindersauna. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig, für 12,- Euro aber auch nicht extra günstig. Abendessen ok. Was ganz schlimm ist : Im Spa Bereich müssen 2 Aras ihr Dasein in einer Glasvoiliere fristen, das kein Tageslicht hat und auch sonst den Tieren nicht viel bietet. Die rupfen sich gegenseitig, einer hat keine Schwanzfedern mehr..... was das soll ist mir wirklich nicht klar...das ist reine Tierquälerei!

Mehr Schein als Sein...

Rezeption war bei Ankunft unterbesetzt und hatte kaum Zeit Infos zu geben Sehr hellhörig im gesamten Gebäude Zusatzleistungen Kosten einiges extra. Restaurant super Essen aber sehr gleichgültiges unfreundliches Personal, hier ist echt Nachholungsbedarf, Schade. Viel zu wenig Parkplätze am Gebäude, lange Wege vom Parkplatz unten zum Apartment, 3./4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Mit Kinder und Gepäck, Glückwunsch Insgesamt für die Leistungen zu teuer, nächstes Mal eine FeWo.

Walking in the Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains)

We've had a perfect holiday by staying at the Ferienpark Oberwiesenthal. A nice apartment just next to the impressive forest of the Erzgebirge. We've enjoyed long walks on routes (perfectly signed) recommended by the tourist office. The perfect place for all who love to be active, even when a bit older. Also great for families with children. A good offer of restaurents and coffeehouses. A day trip to Carloy Vary in the Czech Republic is recommandable.

Ferienpark Oberwiesental Hotel-u. Zimmerbewertung

Der Ferienpark Oberwiesenthal ist landschaftlich schön gelegen. Der Fichtelberg ist vom Hotel aus gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten ein Studio gebucht, welches geschmackvoll eingerichtet war und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Es gab von unserer Seite her zwei Probleme: 1 als Schlafmöglichkeit befand sich im Zimmer eine Schlafcouch die man als Aufbettung für Kinder anbieten kann aber nicht als Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei Erwachsene. 2. Das vorhandenen Geschirr muss dringend erneuert werden. (zum Teil defekt und weist Verbraucherspuren auf )
