Our room had a balcony door that lead to a two story drop! It was sealed shut by a wooden block screwed to the floor to prevent it from opening. "

"We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening."
