Das Personal im Restaurant und Servicebereich war ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Dame am Empfang beim aus und einchecken war bei weitem nicht auf diesem guten Niveau. Alles in allem stimmte Preis/Leistung. Was die Hygiene betraf, eine kritische Anmerkung: nie sah ich in einem Hotel einen mit solch großen Flecken übersäten Teppich.

Das Hotel liegt in einer günstigen Verkehrslage. Wanderwege, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Personal/Service waren stets hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen und gut behandelt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Für Kurztrip ok

Zentrale Lage, der Renovierungsbedarf ist jedoch nicht zu übersehen. Das Zimmer war für diese Kategorie überraschend groß. Sauberkeit ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Der Streß des Personals wurde beim Abendessen (a la Carte, nicht die angebotene HP) deutlich. Die Portion war übersichtlich, Klöße kamen als Fertigprodukt, Roulade und Rotkraut fanden ausreichend Platz auf dem Teller, wo sie wahrscheinlich schon etwas länger auf die Ausgabe warteten. - Ergebnis: Alles leider nur lauwarm. Geschmack ok, Preis/Leistung eher nicht. Frühstücksbuffet ohne Abstriche, vielfältig, ständig ergänzt, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Rezeption ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel im Zentrum

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und doch waren wir mit unseren Hunden nach ein paar Schritten im Grünen. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, ruhig und sauber. Die Betten fanden wir etwas weich aber das ist ja auch Geschmacksache. Abendessen im Restaurant war lecker, das Frühstücksbüffet ausgiebig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen beim nächsten Oberhofbesuch gerne wieder.

A ski lodge

Probably this is an average service of the kind for a ski lodge. Few English speaking staff in the front desk, which is vacant for almost 18 hours a day. Room is large but no flowers, no chocolate, no warmness in the atmosphere, moreover, no lift(We, a couple of 73 years old husband and a 68 years old wife, had to climb up the stairs with heavy luggage by ourselves to the fourth floor). Breakfast is OK.

Sehr freundliches gemütliches Hotel

Personal, Service , Lage waren tip top! Das Zimmer sehr schön, jedoch für angemeldet 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (17,10) ist es nicht schön, dass alle Schlafgelegenheiten in einem Raum waren! Das war nicht laut Angebot! Und , dass der Stehlampe ein Lampenschirm fehlte, war wohl länger so. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Ansonsten jederzeit gern wieder! Dem Service und der Küche ein großes Lob! !

Passendes Hotel für 1-2 Tage

Hotel ist ok, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für einen Wochenendausflug ist das Hotel ganz ok. Das Personal im Restaurant war Abends sehr unfreundlich und gestresst. Ein Tisch war nicht zu bekommen.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und waren angenehm überrascht wie groß das Appartement war. Alles war sauber und in einem guten gepflegten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und sehen gepflegt aus. Die Gaststätte im Haus war absolute Spitze!!! Egal ob Service, Küche oder Speisenangebot da war alles top!! Weiter so!! Das gesamte Personal war immer feundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kurzurlaub in Oberhof.
