Super Frühstück! Zimmer toll, aber leider nicht sooo sauber beim Einchecken (Alte Rasierer war noch in der Dusche, und Waschbecken war ein bisschen verstopft ) … auch schade, dass der Whirlpool nur für 16+ zu Verfügung gab… sonst alles toll!! Auch sehr freundlicher Personal im Resturant! :) wir kommen sehr gern wieder! :)

Mein vierter Aufenthalt und wie immer super schön! Sonst war ich beruflich zu Gast mit etwas Zeit für die Wellness-Anlage, doch nun konnte ich mich zwei Tage in der Sauna, dem Pool, dem Gym und v.a. dem einzigartigen Bergstrand entspannen. Das Hotel war so nett und hat mir ein kostenfreies Upgrade angeboten, und so hatte ich eine Drachensuite mit Sonnenterrasse und Berg-/Seeblick. Alle waren super freundlich, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und das Essen in den schönen Restaurants sehr gut! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Onvriendelijk personeel in bar en in restaurant. Avondeten was zeer matig. Kamer was prima, mooi gelegen in de natuur. Goede faciliteiten in hotel. Betaald via Paypal, ontstond een hele discussie bij uitchecken omdat Paypal nog niet had bijgeschreven gingen ze er vanuit dat er nog niet betaald was. Heel onaardig gesprek verder, men wilde alleen maar uitgaan van ontvangsten Paypal en de door mij getoonde betaslbevestiging was voor hen niets waard. Het was de eerste keer dat wij er waren, tevens de laatste

Der Aufenthalt war, wie immer, ein Erlebnis. Die Zimmer sind toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim Bad und der Toilette wünsche ich mir allerdings etwas mehr Intimität. Ein durchweg freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Spa ist eine Wucht, besonders das Eintauchen in Naturwasser.

Sehr schönes Themenhotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit guter Auswahl. Leider war das Frühstück etwas schwach - wobei man da auf hohem Niveau jammert. Ein Hotel, das ich sicher auch privat buchen werde.

Im Tatzlwurm ist leider der Wurm drin! negativ: - keine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer. In den Schränken befanden sich benutzte Badeschlappen und andere Hinterlassenschaften von vorherigen Gästen. Auf den Schränken befindet sich eine dicke Staubschicht die das Bewohnen des Raumes zumindest für Alergiker nicht unbedingt einfacher macht. - Es befanden sich in unserem Zimmer und mindestens einem weiteren Zimmer Tiere auf dem Boden die sich bewegten, als wir den Raum betraten, ob es sich um Silberfische oder Ungeziefer handelte kann nicht mit Sicherheit gesagt werden - Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde um kurz nach 10.00 Uhr an zwei Tagen nicht mehr aufgefüllt (Geht offiziell bis 10.30 Uhr) Erst nach Nachfrage eines anderen Gastes wurde an einem Tag das Buffet zumindest in kleinen Teilen nochmals aufgefüllt. - Die Service Bereitschaft der Mitarbeiter ist überschaubar, grundsätzlich nicht unfreundlich und ok, aber auch gefühlt nicht mehr Service als nötig. In anderen Bewertungen hatte ich von betrunkenen Mitarbeitern vorher gelesen. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen, aber Mitarbeiter die vom Buffet "naschen", rauchend herumstehen oder sich in Zimmern der Gäste "ausruhen" habe ich durchaus selbst erlebt. - Serviceorientierung, leider Fehlanzeige. positiv: - Die Lage ist toll, viele Möglichkeiten - Sehr angenehm ist auch die Sauna und Entspannungslandschaft unten, toll wären hier noch Aufgüsse - Wenn sich Sauberkeit und Service verbessern sicher ein schönes Hotel
