Attention to details, everything so clean , stafff warm and welcoming
The spa and Onsen clean, quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the gardens. The gardens and pagoda so beautiful.
Although upon reservation there was mention concerning construction and noise there was none to be found.

No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it.
Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in.
Room is clean and new

The laundry room inside the room is very convenient. Also there is in room microwave and table ware to use. Very nice ! There is water and coffee machines down in the lobby for you to use with a free water bottle:)
