Señora Elena and Vanessa were outstanding 10/10. Vanessa and Elena are two amazing women that made out trip to Oaxaca exceptional. Every question we asked was answered. Security 24hrs made us feel safe. Hotel is in a great location in minutes of everything. 10/10

We so enjoyed our stay at Azulenco. It was a beautiful clean, stylish, modern room in a perfect location to walk to many nearby sites and see much of beautiful Oaxaca. Liz, Elena, and front security staff took very good care of us and we were sad to leave. Comfy bed and welcome aircon. Mostly very quiet especially at night as rooms are set back from the street, however some noise from the open building design (maybe just Celeste room?) and a very loud party one evening possibly from nearby wedding celebration. We recommend staying here.

I originally reserved 2 nights and added an additional night because their service is superb. The room is very clean! Staff is top notch! Elena is a wonderful person always willing to help! The female security guard is very attentive! The staff remembers you as their guest. The only con was that it was a bit noisy for a few nights until about 1-2am.

We had a great stay at Azulenco. The facilities are new, and the staff is very friendly and quick to respond. We had a small issue with the shower one morning, and it was resolved promptly. Although there is no physical front desk, they provide fast and attentive service via messaging.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Azulenco I truly loved everything about my stay at Azulenco. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming—every single person made me feel comfortable and cared for. Even the security staff was outstanding: professional, friendly, and made me feel very safe at all times. The hotel itself is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, and it shows in every detail. My room was well maintained, comfortable, and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Oaxaca. The location is perfect—convenient, walkable, and close to everything, yet still quiet and calm. I felt safe the entire time, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Azulenco exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing people and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca.

My husband and I stayed in the Marino Suite, and we couldn't have been happier. Our flight arrived at 5:30 AM, and I already knew we wouldn't be able to drop off our bags until 9:00 AM. The property is very clear about this—it was mentioned twice in the booking email, and they confirmed it again when I emailed them directly. We arrived at 8:30 AM just to relax at the nearby coffee shop and find a restroom. While there, we met Elena, a staff member who went above and beyond. Even though we were early, she was happy to store our bags in the employee area for us. We were thrilled! She even suggested we check back at noon to see if the room was ready early. Being able to drop our luggage and rest a bit after such an early flight was a lifesaver. The Room & Location • The Suite: The Marino Suite was great, and the bathroom was excellent. • The Atmosphere: Regarding the noise—you are in the heart of downtown on a pedestrian-only "party street." You should expect some sound, but honestly, we didn't find it that loud. • The Convenience: You don't need a car here; you are literally in the best spot in town. Elena and Liz were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elena!

I rate this property five stars on all categories. The rom was modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was fantastic! The location was excellent. But one detail keeps me from being able to give a 5 star rating overall. And it is totally not the fault of the property. I seems there is a night club next to the property and the noise from the music was overbearing. It was like trying to sleep inside of a bass drum. In addition, this noise goes on until about 2:30 to 2:45am every night. It could be just seasonal since there were five weddings that weekend. If you are a night owl and like to party, I can’t recommend the place enough. It truly is wonderful. Elena, property manager and Sarah, security, were indispensable. Sarah helped with our luggage and Elena made sure we had everything we needed. Kudos to Azulenco.

Estaba algo indecisa al reversar aqui por las riseñas negativas acerca del ruido. Que bueno que aun asi decidí quedarme aqui!! TODO FUE EXCELENTE, EL CUARTO MUY LIMPIO, Y EL PERSON MUY HAMABLE. La habitación limpia, impecable, lista desde antes de la hora oficial del check in. Mueble de buena calidad. Pero a ciertas horas el olor del baño se escapa a la habitación y huele a caño bastante fuerte. No tienen en la habitación un escritorio para poder trabajar.
