Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff. We were unwell when we arrived and they went out of their way to look after us. Breakfast was amazing, cooked fresh each morning and really traditional and fresh. Great location, walkable to the main square. 10/10, wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent hotel, ideally located to explore the centre of Oaxaca. Very welcoming with nice little gestures from the staff. Uniqlely decorated room witn objects from local artists. Will definately stay agin in the next visit.

I booked as I needed a check in after midnight. Room was renovated and bed very comfortable. Staff were lovely. A few restaurants and coffee shops in a couple of blocks and about 15 minute walk to Zocalo.

Casa Sofi is a perfect home away from home for enjoying Oaxaca city and everything it has to offer. The beds are super comfortable, decoration is beautiful and it’s quiet at night for sleeping. I really loved the courtyards and reception room as you walked in - I like to experience a city as if I live there, so for me this was perfect, as I could come and go as I pleased and the key / security system was super easy to use - and I felt safe and secure.

We had a warm welcome from first getting to the property and when we checked into our room, we were blown away… the design of the room, attention to detail and little touches were just magical and we didn’t want to leave. The location was great, we enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi pool was lovely (if a little cold). Great breakfast spot across the road too. Staff were helpful about any tours and transfers and it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely tell people about...
