"The staff were friendly and helpful, hence the 2 stars. That's one good point, the other was the close proximity of a rail station for access to Rome and the airport. That's where the good points end. The hotel in the main lobby was in good condition as was the restaurant, the rooms were dated and worn. They could do with a full refurb. The air conditioning also did not work, made it difficult to sleep in the evenings. Leaving windows open helped, however there was a lot of noise from the nearby highway. The pool was decent, however out of operation - mentioned as out of season; the main point of booking with children was the use of the pool, disappointed as this was not mentioned at the time of booking - or I would have booked elsewhere. The breakfast was ok, not the best - eggs, sausages, bacon etc were Luke warm; the evening restaurant was ok, however due to there not being many alternatives nearby - it was over priced. We went out, so the cuisine was a lot better. Hotel has a paid shuttle service to and from the airport, which is convenient."

"This hotel was truly a hidden gem during our trip to Rome. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and elevated—it honestly felt more like a private retreat than a hotel. The grounds are absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into every detail. The atmosphere is calm, serene, and beautifully designed—it gave us that full spa-like experience that’s so rare to find. We loved it so much that we actually came back again before our trip ended, which says everything. The level of service, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe were just unmatched. If you’re looking for a place in Rome that feels relaxing, luxurious, and a little tucked-away from the chaos, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough!"

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Pleasant enough, but I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Be mindful to check when the pool is available, I opted to stay here and pay a little more because they had a pool but it wasn't accessible early April (and typically when we went, there was a heatwave so it would have been nice). Hairdryer kept cutting out when you used the hotter setting, lift broke down 2/4 days we were there. The complementary toiletries could have been a better quality. But all that said, location is perfect for access to metro and buses, not to mention one of the main attractions, the coloseum, the staff are friendly enough and the cleanliness was good enough to keep someone like me who has OCD happy. Also staff tried to shuffle things round to locate the two rooms we booked, close together."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful—they even allowed us to check in before 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, and the room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. It felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor downsides. The walls seemed a bit thin, as we could hear other guests talking in their room. Our room was on the first floor, and the internet was slow and would often disconnect. In terms of location, it’s not right in the city center, but there is a bus stop close to the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and historical sites. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. "
