"we were warmly greeted by the hotel team on check-in. Delievry of requested items to our room was efficient and friendly. It appears to be a very new hotel and is in excellent condition. Located 2 minute walk from Mito Station with no level changes required with our heavy bags which was a bonus. Breakfast was great but an espresso machine would’ve been nice for breakfast but coffee ahop 1 minute walk at station was excellent."

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The few cons were that the bed matrees was pretty firm and the attractions around the hotel weren't so vibrant. However, if you are there to fully relax with no running around for sightseeing, it should be fine with good meals and hot spring. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights there."
