This is the third time we have stayed here, and we will keep coming back as it is always spotlessly clean, and so quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff always willing to answer any questions.

Booked on line with this property. So smooth check in and ground floor room. There is a dairy across the road, restaurant 100m from motel. The supermarket is approx 2k away, fully recommend this a place to stay.

We kind of knew this would be a budget option but we didn't expect that there would be underfloor heating and it had everything we needed for our brief overnight stay. Would we stay again? Definitely! So easy and just the right amount of stuff to make you feel very comfortable.

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and I was happy with everything for the price I paid for our stay. The only real downside was that the soundproofing between the units is not good.

The owners are very friendly, helpful, and caring. Had an issue when booking through Expedia but the owners quickly directly contacted me to solve the issue. The rooms are clean and spacious, and ours had a nice view of the golf course. The curtains in the room were black-out curtains and they had several outlets in the room so convenient for charging devices. We were glad they also had laundry facilties for guests. You can easily walk to an area with many restaurants if you don't want to cook. Each room has one designated parking spot. A great location/price to stay if you want to do a day trip to Queenstown or Wanaka and there aren't (affordable) accommodations available there. It is also a quick 3-min drive to the Cromwell Heritage District if you want to experience a little local history, and there are places with locally produced fruit nearby.

My family stayed here for one night which served the purpose. Overall we thought the property was tired. The garden and playground area was un-kept, cigarette butts on the car park and the entrance to the room didn't look welcoming as a knackered pair of chairs and table sat outside. The linen was clean, but the upholstery was completely worn. One of the chairs should have been thrown away. The bathroom was fine except the toilet cistern which was very old. Would not stay again.
