"While the Claremont is a great historic property with lovely grounds and views, the overall value erodes quickly. Parking pricing is complicated and doesn't seem to work the way the front desk thinks it does. More importantly, there is a substantial resort fee. If you aren't taking full advantage (swimming, hot tubbing, playing tennis), you're just subsidizing other guests' activities. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were the best part of my stay. But the hotel itself is different than the photos. It’s dirty, the hallway and some rooms smelled like urine, and there were run down or broken items throughout the hotel."

The fact that they didnt have sheets on the fold out bed and the fact that they had no xtra sheets or blankets to bring me i paid for 2 beds it should have had lienen in the first place. I definatly will not be comming back to this location all the other marriotts ive stayed way better so sorry "

"The best part of the stay was the friendly staff. The breakfast is standard for a motel. The rooms are dirty and the pillows are incredibly lumpy and firm. Bring your own pillow if you plan on staying here. "
