"DO NOT STAY HERE…. Dirty, broken windows, missing light bulbs in lamps, broken mirror, shower didn’t work. The whole place is just unkept and super sketchy. A prostitute was in lobby when I was arriving. Elevator looks as thought it will break any second. Pictures on site are completely not what it looks like. Bad part of the area and homeless by the hotel. Pay more and stay another place. "

"Some friends and family had concerns about the area and potential shady characters. I was very pleased with the fact that the parking included a locked/monitored gate. The room was clean. I only stayed overnight when visiting friends in the area. I would/will stay here again."

"Have thin walls easily heard the neighbors TV super loud up late at night. Heard squeaky noises sounded like water pipe is broken or something mechanically broken, heard a squeaking noise all night."

"Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. The entire place is a bit dingy and odors linger, the bathroom/bedroom layout is awkward and made opening and storing suitcases difficult, and the breakfast was mediocre and always closed early. The location was convenient for getting in/out San Francisco and we appreciated the number of close restaurants and shopping. "

"To start off the hotel was good, but I was devastated by a situation that occurred where I was locked out of my room for some odd reason and if the staff in front was not available,(mind you this was after I had came back after a night out where I went to a concert. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 AM) I would’ve been outside of my room for the whole night until God knows when and what was more mortifying is that there was people who were watching and seeing everything happen and there was drunk people coming in as well so my safety was on the line not only that, but to top it off, my stuff including my passport and my credit cards were all inside in the room, which I had no access to. I am so grateful for the lady in the front who went above and beyond to help solve this issue. Meanwhile, I waited almost 3 hours outside of the room which was unnecessary but all in all the hotel is nice but the staff needs to do a better job at registering and making sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else in the future"
