This was the perfect house for us. We went with our family and one other and we had plenty of space. There was a room that was perfect for kids with a basketball hoop, foosball table and a tv. There was also a hot tub, corn hole and bocce ball outside. We all had a great time.

We had a horrible experience at this property and the property manager. We found a dead animal on the front lawn right when we arrived. The smell was unbearable and the corpse was falling apart when we moved it to the trash can. There is no way the cleaning crew did not see or smell the dead animal that had been there for days if not weeks. We did not have power and water 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. Some of us were not able to shower after a long hot day. We could not use the restrooms inside the house due to the lack of water. The house was pitch dark and there were no latterns or flashlights for us to use. The property manager acknowledged this was common in the area and said what can he do if the entire town lost power and water. The host can at least provide some portable lighting, water, and a generator. Due to the darkness, one of us stepped on a sharp object in the bedroom and her foot bleed a lot. The property manager accused us to caused "excessive damages" to the property and demanded payment. This house is unsafe and you only care about payments and not the wellbeing of your guests. The appliances are electric and we were not able to use the kitchen to prepare our dinner. I really felt like we were camping off grid. Avoid renting from this company and this house. I rented numerous homes in California and internationally, and I never experience anything like this before. The property manager insulted me on the phone and I asked him not to ever call me again.
