Oak Valley Trip

Updated rooms were very nice, Hotel staff were accommodating. On the flip side, not enough card game tables, i was unable to order room service from the room, unable to reach the front desk from the room. I was only able to speak to RITA (AI). Unfortunately i will not be staying in this property again.

The staff was kind, but the room was dated. The bathroom had mold in several places so I would not consider that clean. The fixtures and switch plates were old and bent and need attention.

It’s coming back to life: a lot of remodel, nice rooms ,good job w special events (NFR)

Everything was great, room was wonderful, felt like luxury, loved it - King Room on seventh floor. View wasn't great but wasn't in the room much. Definitely plan on staying again when visiting.

The hotel is good overall — the rooms are large, and everything was clean. However, there was no kettle or pot to heat water on the stove, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the bed: it was extremely squeaky, to the point where it was almost impossible to turn over without a loud noise
