"The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking."

"The reason I gave this hotel a one star, is because when I arrived at the hotel, I was notified that we didn't have a room. I had paid for the room through Expedia two weeks prior. The person at the desk lied to us by stating that they had called and sent me a email prior to me arriving, letting me know that the hotel was over booked. Which no one did.
