"Convenient location, walkable area. Unhelpful front desk staff and very difficult parking. To be fair it was on a Friday but parking was very difficult and front desk staff had no information."

"Beautiful Scenery. Easily accessible. I was working in Shannon so very quick commute. Only issue I had was I stayed on the ground floor, and the ceiling felt like it was paper thin. Could hear every footstep including a child bouncing around until 10:30pm. Not ideal for a work trip. If I was to stay again I would have to request a first floor room."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff member who checked us in must have been one of the most polite men I’ve ever met in my life, truly exceptional service. The only minor concern is the outside noise, which other reviewers have also pointed out. It’s not something the hotel can realistically resolve without major structural changes, so if you’re sensitive to noise, bringing ear plugs is a good idea."
