"A wonderful building set in idyllic countryside. The is also a fascinating old mill, great walks along the river bank and through the woods. A truly magical place. There only seemed to be one chap running the place, he checked us in gave us a brief tour and disappeared. We saw him again at dinner, where he seemed to be waiter bar man and cook. The food was okay. The problem with this hotel is that there is only one layer of floorboards between upstairs and downstairs rooms. We were in room...
