"One of the most unique properties we have ever stayed at. The room is a combination of old and new done exceedingly well. The property manager is outstanding. "
"The nearest dining place is 30mins drive and there's nothing to eat in the hotel tho there's a restaurant in the hotel but it's not open. We have to clear our own trash. Staff do not speak english.bed is hard and pillow to thin and soft."

"The hotel is right at the train station near Osaka Airport. Super convenient for after a long flight. Super nice room, very modern. Was able to have the hotel forward 2 suit cases to our next destination very easily and for only around $30 US (bags had to be sent 5hrs away). Would definitely stay here again."
Bellevue Garden Hotel Kansai International Airport
10/10 Excellent
"This is our 3rd time here. Cannot beat the location. Across the street you have a market that has everything you can imagine from freshly baked pastries to meats and sushi.
There's also a 711 next to the market that if you know Japan's 711's they have great sandwiches, musubi, and a pretty decent latte, and it's close to the KIX airport.
The hotel also has a restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at a decent price.
Daily maid service, or if you prefer not to have anyone come into the room (like my wife), they'll leave new towels, water, and all your amenities in a package outside your door.
The room itself is super clean, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-fridge, and the water pressure is super strong. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The staff go above and beyond to help you. On our last day 9/30, we needed a shuttle to the airport and the girl working the front desk-I think her name was Rayna, who by the way spoke English, arranged to have their shuttle take us even though it was not scheduled. That really saved us, thank you!
