Friendly staffs
Hotel is nice, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is okay. The hotel room overall is beautiful but the bed makes noise when you lay down, get up.

Really helpfu staff, drinks on arrival. Our room was clean and comfy, had a good balcony and bathroom. Must say the hotel was quite and peaceful. Also the bike hire service was easy as pie.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were annoyed that the staff quoted everything in US dollars and when we asked to pay in kyat the exchange rate was much less favorable than any exchange service/bank would provide. The staff could use better training in general.

I thought the staff was very attentive to my friends and me. They seemed to anticipate our needs, but they weren't prying at all about our plans for the day. It's in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping areas.

Beware of incompetent and unprofessional staff
Rooms, linen, mattress and overall cleanliness were wonderful. We assumed it to have swimming pool but it was my mistake to assume too much from 3 star hotel.There were two non-operational water channels at the rear of the hotel. Last day they messed my breakfast. The evening before leaving I confirmed about breakfast timing of 0600 AM. When I reached breakfast area at 0600 AM sharp, I was shocked to there was no breakfast. When I enquired they presented me a menu. I told them that I am vegetarian and do not eat items listed in their set menu. l requested them just bring some milk, bread butter and cut fruits. I kept waiting till 0620. My taxi also arrived by that time but these jokers were busy cooking something inside the kitchen. When they came out they brought some grilled tomatoes, beans and what not. It got my furious. I told them I do not eat these things. These jokers were still preparing set menu. I gave up on these idiots and just took bread butter for my kids and left. They spoiled my morning. And on top of it they presented me extra person breakfast charge of USD 20 for my son aged 8 years. I don't understand why they don't present bill in Kyats. The problem is intent and orientation. I insisted on paying in kyats and did so.

Thank you for your feedback on our breakfast and service, upon occupancy we offer A La Carte breakfast menu with a choice of American, Continental and Traditional for breakfast. We are sorry to hear about the misunderstanding and that it spoiled your morning. We will work to rectify with further training specifically with the ordering as well as introducing the breakfast selection menu, when on A La Carte, at our front desk for early requests the night before. Reference the extra person charge, according to your reservation, it was only made for 2 adults not mentioning children. Bagan Star Hotel has a clear policy for children above 6 until 11 years of age is US$10 per night (2 nights is US$20). Thank you for your remarks on our billing, we do offer payment in USD, MMK as well as credit card - we will work to focus on training our team also to advise more clearly on these options to improve for future. AMAZING
Hotel gave us the option to check-in early (6AM)for a minimal fee since we took an overnight bus from Yangon. They also provided a breakfast box (make sure to request for it) as we needed to leave early the following day to catch the sunrise. Hotel staff were very accomodating.

I love this hotel!
Everything is new and really clean. The quilt is so comfortable & warm! Unlike most of the smaller hotels, the toilet has a shower stall with good strong shower. Best part is the staff, ever so helpful and smiley. Oh, in early morning, you can see hot air balloons in the sky from the hotel. :)

Very new hotel. Nice room, condition, cleanliness and service all excellent. Value for money good. Soundproofing was minimal and there was noise from the adjoining property (including late in the evenings), so it was not quiet. Location is along a major road and a bit of a walk from anything, but Nyuang Oo is somewhat spread out in general. Not impressed by breakfast.

Magnificent hotel and value for money!!
Upon reaching at the hotel entrance, you will have the luxury feel and spaciousness of the lobby. Efficient and fast check-in by the ever smiling staffs. A list of expected customers were prepared beforehand. Deluxe room size was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable and was given 4 large comfy pillows!! I had a very good sleep for 3 nights. The room and bathroom were superbly clean. Plenty of hot shower with good water pressure. The shower area is concealed by a glass door, so the floor will not get wet. Wifi signal may be weak in the room. Need to stand close to the room door along the corridor to get better signal. As mention by other hotel guests, complimentary breakfast provided were good quality and very tasty. For western corner, bacon, sausages and egg station were provided. For asian corner, there are usually tasty fried rice and fried noodle. There are also 2 types of bread where you can toast and were provided high quality jams and butter. Also have 2-3 type of local fruits and juices available. The hotel also has e-bike rental services. Full day cost US$8 for full day. The hotel probably has 8-10 new e-bikes. Very well maintained and the battery can actually last more than 8 hours. I can attest and confirmed the reliability of the hotel’s e-bike during my 2 days rental. On my third day, I was curious to try renting from a shop just next door to the hotel. Definitely cheaper at 6K kyat for full day but unreliable. Need to replace the bike 3 times!!

三泊しました。初めの二日の朝食はアメリカンかコンチネンタルで選びますが、飽きました。三日目は中国からの団体客があった為にブッフェの朝食でうれしかった。品数は3品くらいで良いのでブッフェにしてほしい。ヤンゴンのクローバーシティの朝食がそんな感じでした。参考にしてほしい。

昨年泊まった事が管理されているらしくチェックインもスムーズに終わりました。そして昨年と同じ部屋にしてくれたようです。部屋は広くて 清潔感があります。  昨年は3階でbuffetの朝食を食べましたが、今年は1階のレストランで食べるようになっていました。朝食はbuffetの日とmenuの中の3種類の朝食から選ぶ日とがありました。 夜もレストランで夕食を食べましたが今年はライスやパンがmenu に記されていないと言う事で頼めませんでした。昨年はmenuに記されていたかどうかわ記憶にありませんがライスを頼めました。ライスや パンが頼めないと日本人としては物足りません。

얼리체크인시 15달러 추가요금
다른지역에서 나이트버스로 바간에 도착하시는 분들은 얼리체크인시 15달러 추가요금 있으니 참고하세요.(객실요금에 비해 다소 비싸게 느껴짐) 객실은 여유있어 보였고 새벽도착이라 선라이즈보고 기다려보려했으나 단호하게 2시 체크인이라고 하더라구요. 어쩔수 없이 너무 피곤하여 추가요금 지불하고 체크인했습니다. 조식도 따로 1인 10달러라고 하여 신청안했는데 다음날 조식먹어보고 어떻게 그런조식을 10달러를 받는지 어이가 없었습니다. 투어들도 문의해봤는데 주변에 비해 비쌌습니다. 혹시 여기 묵으시더라도 투어나 이바이크는 딴데서 신청하시는게 나으실듯. 룸컨디션은 괜찮으나 여행자거리에서는 조금 걸어야합니다. 미얀마여행 3주 동안 많은 호텔들을 이용했고 정알 그 친절함에 항상 고맙고 만족했으나 유일하게 이 호텔에서 기억은 좋지않네요. 호텔정책이니 프런트직원이야 어쩔수없는 상황이라는것은 이해합니다만 고객을 위하는 진심은 많이 부족해보입니다.

ホテルへ入ると外の喧騒から遮断されたホッとする空間が広がる。掃除は行き届き、スタッフの優しさ、笑顔が嬉しい。朝食ビュッフェが屋上で気持ちが良い。観光スポットからは少し外れるのが残念。部屋の灯りが細かく調整できた。

2日間滞在しました。町の中心部からはやや外れていますが、ホテルでEバイクを借りることが出来るで、特に不便は感じませんでした。徒歩圏内にレストランも幾つかあります。 部屋に関しては値段相応ですが、設備は清潔に管理されており、快適に過ごすことができました。

Confortevole e funzionale
Le camere dell'hotel sono luminose e disposte intorno a una corte con giardino e dotate di terrazzino. La struttura è recente e la camere ampie con cabina doccia. Una buona scelta per visitare le pagode di bagan e essere a nyaung u con i suoi bar e ristoranti. La colazione viene servita in terrazza. Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto, la mancanza di un ascensore, ma l'Hotel ha solo due piani.

深夜バスにて早朝5時半の到着でも快くearly check-inに応じてくれました。また、バガン空港夕方発の便であることを伝えると 15時まで無料でlate check-out できることをホテル側から提案して戴き、2日間の滞在を充分に楽しむことができました。ホテルの受付の方は全員英語を話なし、うち1名(女性のマネージャークラス?)は日本語も話されていました。
