Nyanungu Trip

We rented the high floor king suite. The room and furniture is very big with wide open window to see nice view. However, the room didn't have the basic equipment and accessories like microwave, complimentary water bottle. The bathroom fittings are also backdated. Otherwise it

Casual casino, not huge which was nice and easier to walk around in. Quiet being off the main strip. Rain shower head continuously leaked on us showering even though turned it off as tight as possible. Cleaning staff skipped us 2x which was annoying but not horrible. Monorail access was easy and short walk to get to the rest of the strip.

Clean room, friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Location great for WWWY/Sick New World. A bit fancy for us since we are not into boutique shopping. Also, be sure to bring appropriate clothing if you want to eat at the restaurants, otherwise have to eat at promenade.

This property is new and beautiful. Also, it's off the strip (not too far) so it's a lot less crowded than other casinos/ hotels in the area. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage and updated touches.

They say check in is at 3:00. We got in a very long line at 2:15. We checked in at 2:45. The clerk said “the room should be ready in 10-15 mins, but we’re at the mercy of housekeeping”. An hour and 10 minutes later our room was ready. When I told the front desk about the long wait and dinner reservations we had to cancel, I was told the room tax would be waived for that day. This didn’t happen as I was charged the $62 resort fee
