Nuuanu Trip

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Our room was wonderful and roomy, however I was disappointed and surprised that there was no hair dyer or microwave in the room.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Room is clean,parking is great stall big than the hotel,closed to the beach and restaurant.

Right on the beach. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Starbucks in the lobby opens at 5 am. ABC grocery store on ground floor has all the stuff you'll need. Every employee was helpful, attentive and friendly. Room was clean and the sheets and towels very nice. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were great. In my first room on 5th floor, overlooking the pool, the music was much too loud. I requested a room further away from the live music and since they didn't have one on that floor they gave me a 17th floor room for a discount. The view was wonderful there but the music was still too loud to sleep. Ask for a room on the side opposite the music. The MonkeyPod restaurant onsite is good. Could improve: Provide a dresser and a microwave. The magnifying mirrors in both rooms were coming loose from the wall; obviously not attached to a stud. The light in the shower room flashed after it was on for a while. Bed was quite soft and slightly sagged away from the middle. Water/ice dispenser was quite rusty. Even though I list things that need improvement, I would stay here again.

Its has a very nice view of the beach front and its in a convenient location for seeing waikiki.
