"Nicest hotel in Port Alberni, well located for access to Town Centre, waterfront, and highway west to Ucluelet/ Tofino. Easy check in (and out). Some second-floor rooms (south side) noisy from large cooling fan outside windows. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was excellent!"

The king size mattress needs to be replaced. The extra foam mattress top did not cut it. This hotel has an elevator. Furniture is dated but functional."
